Thank you for shopping with HairbyLC. We truly appreciate your support and ask that all customers carefully read our policies before placing an order. Every order is handled with care to ensure top-quality products and service.
1. Please Read Our Shipping Policy
Before purchasing, please take note that all HairbyLC orders are imported and therefore require additional processing time.
- Orders take up to 14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be processed, prepared, and shipped.
- This timeframe allows for international import processing, quality inspection, and packaging.
- By completing your order, you confirm that you understand and agree to this shipping period.
2. No Refunds or Cancellations
- Due to the import nature of our products and strict hygiene standards, HairbyLC does not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
- Please make sure all your order details — including product choice, name, address, and contact number — are correct before checkout.
- Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by customs, couriers, or public holidays.
3. Quality Control
- Each wig is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment.
- In the rare event that an incorrect or faulty item is received, please email lchairco@yahoo.com within 24 hours of delivery, including your order number and clear photos.
If an error occurred on our side, we’ll gladly assist with a resolution.
4. Shipping Responsibility
- Once your tracking number has been issued, HairbyLC is not responsible for courier delays, lost parcels, or damage during transit.
- Customers are advised to follow their delivery using the tracking information provided.
5. Agreement
By placing an order with HairbyLC, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this No Refund Policy and our Shipping Policy, including the 14 business day import processing time.
