HairbyLC Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Shipping Time

• All HairbyLC orders are imported.
• Orders take ±14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be processed, cleared through import procedures, and shipped out.
• This time frame applies to all orders. Import delays may occur due to logistics, customs procedures, public holidays, or other factors outside our control. We cannot rush these processes, but we will keep you informed if your order is affected.
• Once your wig has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number to monitor your delivery.

2. Tracking Your Order

• Tracking details are sent once your wig has been dispatched.
• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after you receive your tracking number.
• If you have not received your tracking number after approximately 14 business days, please contact LChairco@yahoo.com for assistance.

3. Address Accuracy

• Ensure your address, phone number, and email are entered correctly at checkout.
• HairbyLC is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

4. Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the HairbyLC Shipping Policy and understand that orders take approximately 14 business days to process and ship. Import or logistics delays may extend this time.
