HairbyLC Shipping Policy

1. Processing & Shipping Time

• All HairbyLC orders are imported.
• Orders take 14 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to be processed, cleared through import procedures, and shipped out.
• This time frame applies to all orders.
• Once your wig has been dispatched, you'll receive an email or SMS with your tracking number to monitor your delivery.

2. Tracking Your Order

• Tracking details are sent once your wig has been dispatched.
• Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear after you receive your tracking number.
• If you have not received your tracking number after 14 business days, please contact LChairco@yahoo.com for assistance.

3. Address Accuracy

• Ensure your address, phone number, and email are entered correctly at checkout.
• HairbyLC is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

4. Agreement
